Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your Pocket Docket notebooks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of notebooks that have been written in or damaged after delivery.

1. Email our support team at support@pocketdocket.co with your order number.
2. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
4. Drop the package off at the designated carrier facility.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review before purchasing:

• Mystery Packs: Given the randomized nature of our Mystery Packs, all sales of these items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.
• Custom Orders: Any specially customized or bulk corporate orders are final sale.
